Q: Are any of your orthopedic product candidates available for sale?
A: No. Our product candidates targeted for orthopedic use are currently in various stages of development, with our most advanced orthopedic product candidate, Augment™ Bone Graft, in multiple pivotal clinical trials. Status on the clinical progress for our product candidates will be made available through press releases and other corporate communications.
Q: When will your orthopedic products be available?
A: Commercialization of the Company's products is dependent on the progress of clinical studies and regulatory approvals by governmental agencies. As such, estimates on the commercial availability of our orthopedic products are not available at this time.
Q: How do I participate in a clinical trial with your products?
A: To learn more about BioMimetic sponsored clinical trials, please contact the Company by email at clinicaltrials@biomimetics.com. Information about the U.S. pivotal trial with Augment Bone Graft in foot and ankle fusions can also be accessed at www.anklefusionstudy.com.
Q: Once approved, how will your products be distributed?
A: BioMimetic has retained the rights to market and distribute all of the company's orthopedic product candidates. The method of distribution will be announced for each product individually at later dates.
